I lead design for AI agent experiences across BrowserStack’s test automation platform — agents that heal broken tests, explain failures, and cut build times. My core initiative reframed low AI adoption as an experience problem (“invisible AI is not adopted AI”) and shipped the awareness system that changed it: contextual nudges in the primary workflow, measured end to end, with the pattern adopted by a sibling product team. I built the AI-UX review scorecard (clarity, agency, relevance, trust) the team now uses to evaluate agent experiences, and I’m currently designing the second act: user control, confidence signals, and explanations that earn trust per decision, not per feature. Along the way I contribute to org-wide design initiatives — design systems, research rituals, and the occasional strongly-held opinion about nav real estate.

I worked in the US healthcare IT domain on athenahealth’s Medical Coding Services product team. I led the revamp of the flagship micro-service application used for medical coding of clinical charts — the step that turns care into an insurance claim — with coder productivity as the north-star metric. Earlier, I improved the accuracy and quality of entered codes by designing an auditing and feedback mechanism into the coding workflow. I worked closely with product owners and cross-functional teams from concept through implementation, and contributed to org-wide design initiatives like OOUX practice and a Figma data-analytics guide.

I worked on the AssistEdge product team, creating the usability point of view for the flagship AssistEdge Studio. Those design recommendations helped the product earn recognition as a user-friendly RPA offering and strengthened Edgeverve’s challenger position in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant report. I also redesigned Engage, a key customer-support application, cutting average query resolution time while transitioning it from a thick-client application to a web-based one.

KrishiYog is an agri-tech startup providing end-to-end agri-services to small-scale farmers. I designed the mobile app MVP for its Field Agent module — my first taste of designing for users far from the office chair.
